The shooting happened at a gas station on the corner of West 14th Street and Santa Fe Drive in Pasadena on Sunday.
In the video, a car comes barreling down the street.
“The guy who is driving the car gets out and starts swinging his arms and yelling, ‘Get the f–k out of here!'” Pasadena police Officer Jason Davis said in a statement.
The man, who at times can be seen on police body cameras being handcuffed, is seen running toward a light pole.
A woman filming on her phone runs after him and pulls out her cell phone. Seconds later, a second man is pulled from a car and is dragged into the street.
Both men get in a car and are seen driving away from a light pole as a woman yells, “You were just running away!” The driver, who can be seen running up Santa Fe, is seen getting out of the driver’s side door and pointing a gun at the man on the ground, forcing him to keep his hands up and turn around.
At first, the man on the ground has his arms up. Then he falls back to the ground.
When police officers arrive, they handcuff the man on the ground.
Then, police say a second man in a white Hyundai hits the woman’s car with his car.
He opens the rear passenger side door and starts shooting.
Police say Michael Thomas, 20, and Andrew Martin, 21 are the suspects in the shooting.
The woman, who is seen lying on the ground bleeding on the street, is hit in the head. Police say a man in a Hyundai was also hit and was hospitalized as a result.
