Search for 4 people swept away in Ontario flood to continue into weekend
BURLINGTON, Ont. — The city is hoping the public can help find two men swept away by the record-breaking Ontario’s largest flood in decades.
The Burlington Police Service and the RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find the two men who have not been located since they were swept away on Highway 410 on Sunday, Oct. 27.
The Burlington Police Service is asking anyone with information to come forward to police at 613-777-6826, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
According to the police, the two men were swept away by the flood in Burlington.
The men are described as:
Tall Black Man, 5’11”, wearing a red jacket, dark green shorts, a blue baseball cap with a white and yellow bandana over his face. He has brown curly hair.
