Host of the BBC’s Fake or Fortune with Victoria Weatherhead, David Weatherhead has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Prudential Investments in 2007, David spent over 20 years with Citigroup in London and New York as head of investment consulting in their global equities division, which included both traditional and quantitative equity models. During this time he was also responsible for managing the management of assets under management for quantitative strategies. He graduated with a Masters of Arts degree in Government from Oxford University in 1983. David has also worked for the Paris-based Asset Reconstruction Unit, where he was responsible for the evaluation and the implementation of structuring activities, and for Citibank Asset Management, where he worked in many capacities in New York and London. David is also a qualified Chartered Accountant with an MS and a DBA from the University of Oxford and Universidad del Estado de Santiago.
